Harmony Hoops began with a handmade hoop in the backyard, whirling around the waist of Jessica Bessette. Hooping alone for years provided her with an understanding of and passion for this simple tool, and she began sharing her experience with others, helping them to enjoy the benefits of hooping. Today, after making more than 500 custom hoops and teaching over 300 hours of hoopclasses and workshops, Jessica is excited to share her passion and experience with you.
