Classes

We'll start at the very beginning and work through lots of fun moves, tricks, and stretches. Playful and informative!

Wednesdays

What: Ongoing Class
Where: Lake Harriet Spiritual Community.
When: Beginning December 21^st
Time: 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Cost: $12 each or $50 for 5 classes

Workshops

I'll provide the supplies and help you make your own collapsible hoop! Easy, fun, and you'll then be empowered to make more for friends and family if you'd like. Perfect for those intending to enroll in the hooping series, or just someone who'd like to build themselves a beautiful, collapsible hoop.

One Time

What: Hoop Making Workshop
Where: LHSC in Linden Hills, at 4401 Upton Ave, just west of Lake Harriet
When: February 1, 2012
Time: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Cost: $45, which includes all materials and info and help building a collapsible hoop.
Why: To feed your healthy addiction to hooping, and help you get yourself in better shape, better mood, and increase your joy!
