Sunday's hoop-making workshop is full, but there's a new hoopclass open for registration!

This isn't your mother's style of hula hooping! This is the hot, new incarnation called hooping. It blossomed on the West Coast and has spread across the nation, combining dance moves, tricks, and fitness for a super-fun workout. Improve your core strength, flexibility, and coordination, and find out why hooping is addictive! These hoops are bigger than the traditional kids' hoops making them much easier to control. Even if you couldn't hoop as a kid, you'll be able to hoop with these. Come groove to some good breaks and tighten up your abs! Wear comfortable clothes (no belts) and bring a bottle of water. Hoops are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Offered in partnership with Minneapolis Community & Technical College Continuing Education.
